Michael Crowley joined the EMHS Foundation team in 1996. He hit the ground running and continues to bring an incredible amount of enthusiasm to everything he is involved with. During his tenure at the Foundation, Michael has incorporated some of the unique characteristics of seven separate health services into one fundraising and community health advocacy organization.

Sylvia Getman

Sylvia Getman has served as president and CEO of The Aroostook Medical Center (TAMC) since August 2010. She also serves as senior vice president of EMHS. Prior to coming to TAMC, she was the president and CEO of Nantucket Cottage Hospital, a 19-bed acute care hospital, from 2007 to 2010.

Glenn graduated from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine and the University of Michigan Law School in Ann Arbor, Michigan. After graduating law school, he clerked for the Honorable John Feikens, United States District Court, Eastern District of Michigan. Glenn then was in private practice with Hale and Dorr in Boston, Massachusetts.

Miles Theeman

Miles became president and CEO of AHS in October of 2007, following 16 years as executive vice president and COO. He began his career within EMHS in 1976 as an assistant administrator at EMMC and also served as vice president and COO of Affiliated Chemical Dependency Services before assuming a variety of leadership roles with AHS.
